KyaKhana (Private) Limited ("KyaKhana", "we", "us") operates the KyaKhana mobile app and website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using KyaKhana you agree to it.
We use your information to show relevant restaurants and discounts, match deals to your cards, process and verify redemptions, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the app. We may send service messages and, where you opt in, offers and updates.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and tokenisation for card metadata. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
KyaKhana is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
