What KyaKhana does

KyaKhana helps you discover restaurants and shows discounts available on bank cards you add to the app. KyaKhana is a discovery and matching platform; the discount itself is offered by the restaurant and/or your bank, subject to their terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Discounts & redemptions

• Discounts are set by restaurants and partner banks and may change or end at any time.
• Offers may have caps, minimum spends, timing or branch restrictions shown in the app.
• You must pay with the eligible card to receive the discount; final pricing is applied by the restaurant.
• KyaKhana is not responsible for a restaurant declining an offer, though we will help resolve genuine disputes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt fraudulent redemptions, scrape data, or interfere with our systems. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Restaurant partners

Restaurants who request a listing agree to honour the discounts they publish and to provide accurate information. Listings are subject to review and approval and may be removed for policy or quality reasons.

Intellectual property

The KyaKhana name, logo and app content are owned by us. You may not copy or use them without permission.

Liability

KyaKhana is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the food, service or conduct of any restaurant.

Termination

You may stop using KyaKhana and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
